This is the part where I say I’m a writer (https://medium.com/@madeleine_lebovic) and a photographer (Instagram: @madeleine_lebovic). But truth be told, I like to do a little bit of everything. Call it curiosity, call it creative defiance - I believe that a life worth living is one lived in bold pursuit of new perspectives, learning, and engaging with others and communities.

So yes, I write and photograph. But I also teach partner dance, work with displaced youth, act in the background of TV shows, and drum in a U.S. samba school. The more interdisciplinary my experience, the better equipped I feel to educate, advocate, and grow.
